Q1. 如何註冊 / 登入？How do I sign up / log in?

開啟 App → 選擇 Email 或 Google 登入 → 完成驗證即可使用。

Open App → choose Email or Google sign-in → verify to start.

Q2. 如何刪除帳號？How do I delete my account?

App 內: 設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號。

刪除後 30 天內永久移除所有資料（備份檔最長 90 天）。

亦可寄信至 [email protected] 申請。

In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

All data permanently removed within 30 days (backups up to 90 days).
